Since we don't have a physical store, we primarily operate through delivery. However, you can also place orders for collection from our home address.

To place a collection order: Please call, text/WhatsApp or email us. The quickest method would be to call us as we might not see texts or emails immediately.

Order Placement & Payment: We'll place the order for you and you can pay upon collection (cash or card) or through a payment link which will direct you to our online checkout for various payment options (online card payment, Clearpay, PayPal, etc.).

You'll still earn loyalty points on collection orders just like online orders, so long as you have an account with us. All collection orders connected to your account will still be accessible to view on your account portal.

Collection Times: We'll arrange a convenient collection time with you when you place the order. We do not have collection times set in stone as we work them around our work/home life but typically they can be made between the hours of 10am and 4pm, or later in the evening when we are home from deliveries.​
