Delivery & Returns for Shanzi UK.


Orders will be dispatched within one working day. Please allow an extra day for weekends and bank holidays. We aim to have your order packaged and sent off as soon as possible.

Some orders may be sent out in separate packaging. This is because a few of our items are sent direct from our supplier. You can contact us if you would like to know more on this.


All orders placed on can be cancelled at any time and a full refund will be issued so long as the order hasn't been dispatched yet. Cancellations made after dispatch will be classed as return and must comply with our returns policy.


 We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, if your order is not to your satisfaction, we aim to rectify this. Please understand that some items cannot be returned. This includes all items that are consumable or for topical use. If one of these items arrives damaged, we can offer a refund, store credit or a replacement. For all other items, returns are accepted as long as the item is in an unused, resalable condition. Customers must cover return postage unless the item is damaged or faulty the postage will be covered by Shanzi UK.

Cancellations on behalf of Shanzi UK

Under rare circumstances, we may need to cancel an order. 

If we have insufficient stock to complete your order, we will contact you and discuss if you would prefer to be sent an alternative, have it sent out once back in stock or receive a refund.

If a product you have purchased has a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
