We know that our recent website experience hasn't been ideal. Since switching platforms in October 2024, we've encountered several challenges, including inaccurate stock levels, difficulties with checkout and order placement, and frustrating website performance. To address these issues, we've made the decision to return to the Shopify platform. The switch has been completed, and we're thrilled to welcome you back to a smoother and more reliable online shopping experience.
What This Means for You:
Returning Customers: If you had an account with us before our October 2024 website change, your existing login credentials will still work.
New Customers: If you started shopping with us after October 2024, you'll need to create a new account on our updated Shopify website.
Loyalty Points:
We're diligently working on transferring your existing loyalty points to the new Shopify platform. This process will be handled manually to ensure accuracy. We appreciate your patience as we complete this task. We want to ensure none of your valuable points are lost.
