Delivery Information

Deliveries are sorted based on where you are! For raw food, we deliver it ourselves within approximately a 12-mile radius of Dagenham. Depending on your distance within that circle, you'll fall into either our 'Local' category for speedy same-day delivery (7 days a week!), or our 'Non-local' category for deliveries on set days.

For everything else – treats, supplements, grooming supplies etc, we ship all over the UK, and even to the USA and Canada!

To keep things simple, if you pop something in your basket that cwe dont delivery to your area, it'll be removed from your basket at checkout and you will be notified about whats been removed.

We deliver to all RM, IG, and E postcodes, as well as select areas within SE, DA, SS, and CM. To check if we deliver to your specific postcode, please scroll down and find it in the list. Click the "+" icon to see details about your delivery route. You might notice some postcode areas are split; this is due to geographical factors. RM Post Codes

Route 1: RM1, RM2, RM3, RM6, RM7, RM8, RM9, RM10, RM11, RM12, RM13

You are in our local delivery area and benefit from same-day delivery, 7 days a week.

Delivery is free on orders over £15, under that is a small fee of £1.50.

Place your order by 4pm to recieve your order same day. Orders placed after 4pm are delivered the next day.

Deliveries are always in the evening between 5pm - 9.30pm. You will receive a text message from Optimoroute with a one hour time slot on the day of delivery as well as a live tracking link when we are nearby.

If ordering on a scheduled delivery day, the cut off for same day is 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm are delivered on the next scheduled delivery day.
