DELIVERY INFORMATION
We deliver directly to local areas within approximately 12-mile radius (give or take) of Dagenham using our own vehicle. For specific delivery zones, days, and times, please refer to the information provided further down the page.
If you are outside of our local delivery area, we only send out non perishable items via courier. These are easily identifiable with a badge on the product showing a delivery truck. Items with a snowflake are local delivery only. If in doubt, any items that we do not ship will removed from your basket when you reach checkout and a popup message will notify you. Courier orders are dispatched Monday-Saturday the day after you place your order.
For local delivery, your delivery day will display at checkout when you enter your adress. Orders are stored in insulated boxes when traveling with us to stay frozen but are delivered to you in bags/boxes without insulation. Please make sure you are in to receive your order onyour delivery day, deliveries are in the evening between 5pm & 9.30pm. If you would like it left in a safe place please inform us(there is the option to add a delivery note at checkout or in the tracking link when you recieve it) but be aware we take no responsibility for orders defrosting or going missing if you are not home to accept your order so please try to choose your delivery on a day you expect to be home. You can message us when you place your order if you would like a specific day otherwise your order will automatically be routed on the nearest day for your area.
DELIVERY UPDATES & ORDER TRACKING
On your delivery day you will receive two delivery updates via text message. (The message is automated and will come from 'CIRCUIT' our route planning app - this is a no reply number) The first text is an ETA which is sent between 4pm & 5pm when the first order is out for delivery. Please make sure you provide us with your mobile number when placing your order to receive this text. The second update will be when we are one stop away from you.
The tracking link provided in text, as well as email, enables you to track your order as well as see where we are when we are one stop away. From this page you can also add order notes such as where to leave your order should you not be home in time to recieve delivery. You can also use the link to see where your order was left if you was not home.
If we arrive at your delivery address and there is nobody home to accept delivery we will leave your order in a safe place. You will be able to see where this is via the link you recieve in texts/emails. If we cannot see a suitable place to leave your order and we cannot get hold of you via phonecall, we will take your order back with us arrange with you to deliver another day however you will be charged a re-delivery fee equal to the amount originally paid or you can arrange collection - if you are in our free delivery area the re-delivery fee is £1.50. We take no responsibility for orders defrosting or going missing if you are not home to accept your order so please try to choose your delivery on a day you expect to be home or let us know ASAP if you want to change days and we will not charge a re-delivery fee if the delivery was not yet attempted. We will always make best efforts to ensure your order is delivered so do not worry, taking it back is a last resort for us.
Orders sent via courier will recieve updates from dpd (express delivery) or royal mail (standard delivery)
LOCAL DELIVERY HOURS 5.00PM - 9.30PM All orders must be in by 4pm on the day of delivery for same day delivery. All orders placed after 4pm will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day for your area or on the day that you choose at checkout.
Areas are split into different routes which are determined via post codes which are explained below. If you are unsure what day your deliveries fall on, you will be able to choose a delivery date at the checkout.
Route and Postcode Coverage:
- Route 1: RM1, RM2, RM3, RM6, RM7, RM8, RM9, RM10, RM11, RM12, RM13, IG3, IG11. Deliveries 7 days a week, free delivery on orders over £15, orders under £15 a small fee of £1.50/
- Route 2: RM14, RM15, RM16, RM17, RM18, RM19, RM20. Deliveries Tuesday, Friday & Saturday - £3.50 fee.
- Route 3: RM4, RM5, all IG & E (except IG3 and IG11 which is in Route 1) Delivery Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday - £3.50 fee.
- Route 4: DA1, DA2, DA5, DA6, DA7, DA8, DA9, DA10, DA11, DA12, DA16, DA17, DA18, SE2, SE3, SE7, SE8, SE9, SE10, SE12, SE16, SE18, SE28 - Delivery every Monday - £6.00 fee.
- Route 5: SS13, SS14, SS15, SS16, SS17, CM13, CM14, CM15. Delivery every Tuesday - £6.00 fee.
